PRIVATE STRESS COACHING

One situation. One clear next move.

Bring the email, conversation, decision, or reaction you keep circling.

In 20 minutes, we look at what happened, why you got stuck, and what to do next.

You have probably already tried to handle it privately.

Thinking it through. Taking space. Reading more. Starting again. Trying to stay calm. Trying to be more disciplined.

Some of it helped. Until the real situation came back with the same pressure attached.

That does not mean you are weak. It means the pattern is doing something useful in the moment: relief, distance, control, protection. The cost shows up later.

We find that trade clearly. Then we build a better one.

WHAT CHANGES

What changes when the moment is no longer automatic.

  • You notice the turn before it runs the next two hours.
  • You say the direct thing while it is still useful, not three hours later in your head.
  • You stop treating every difficult conversation like a threat.
  • You recover faster when pressure hits.
  • You build evidence that your judgment holds in the moments that used to cost you.

One situation at a time.

HOW IT WORKS

We start with the moment that keeps costing you.

You do not need a theory about yourself. Bring the situation. I ask questions until the pattern is clear. Then we turn it into one practical move you can test in real life.

HOW THE WORK MOVES

Every first conversation follows the same logic, but none of them look the same.

1.

The outcome

What would actually be different if this changed? We make the target specific enough to know whether the work is helping.

2.

The turn

The exact moment the pattern starts. Not the whole life story. The point where your options narrow.

3.

The trade

What the pattern gives you in the moment: relief, distance, control, protection. We name the payoff without moralizing it.

4.

The response

A practical move that still works when pressure is present and your usual clarity is harder to access.

5.

The reason

Why the pattern made sense, and why the old attempts did not hold.

6.

The repetition

We test it in real life, review what happened, and adjust until it becomes usable.

If we continue, the work stays focused.

  • 60-minute sessions, weekly or biweekly
  • Focused review of what actually happened
  • Direct questions, not open-ended conversation
  • One practical next move after every session
  • No package required. One session at a time.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

You are capable. One pattern is costing you.

Who this is for

  • You have one situation that keeps repeating in work, relationships, or private life.
  • You are competent and trusted, but pressure changes how you respond in one specific moment.
  • You have tried handling it alone and it still comes back.
  • You want direct, practical help that stays focused on the situation itself.

Who this is not for

  • You want motivation, reassurance, or vague mindset advice.
  • You are not willing to look at what actually happened.
  • You need therapy, crisis support, addiction treatment, trauma treatment, psychiatric care, or medical care. If that is the case, I will tell you directly.

Private does not mean vague. Bring the real situation.

CLIENT NOTES

What changed in real life.

“Did talk therapy for years. Didn't really do much. This did. My wife says I'm easier to be around and honestly that matters more to me than any of the work stuff.”

Greg Y., Tech Lead, San Francisco

“I just feel more at home in myself. That's the best way I can put it.”

Kate K., Founder, Austin

“Went in skeptical. Surprised it worked. The situations that used to set me off just... don't.”

Marcus T., Consultant, Berlin

“I'm a better leader now and a better creative. I used to take everything personally and it would ruin my whole week. That doesn't happen anymore. My team noticed before I did.”

Forrest B., Creative Director, London

B
“I wouldn't have described myself as 'hopeful' before this. It was more like just getting through the week. That's changed, although it's still a work in progress.”

Becs M., Marketing Director, New York

“I would say it's completely changed my life. I don't know what I would have done if I hadn't found this.”

Sarah K., Product Lead, Stockholm

FREE FIRST CONVERSATION

The first call is 20 minutes. It is free.

Bring one situation that keeps repeating. You do not need to have it fully understood.

We will look at where the pattern starts, what it is doing for you, and what would make next time different.

FAQ

Questions before you book

What will I get from the free call?

Twenty minutes on one specific situation. We look at where it starts, what keeps it repeating, and what one useful next move could be. You will know by the end whether the work is relevant.

What if I do not know how to explain the problem?

That is fine. Tell me what happened in plain terms: the situation, what changed, what you did, and what happened after. I will help find the pattern.

Is this just discipline coaching?

No. Discipline matters, but the issue is usually not that you do not know what to do. The issue is the moment pressure changes what feels possible. That is what we look at.

What makes this different from just talking?

We stay focused on one situation and turn it into something practical. The point is not endless reflection. The point is to understand the pattern clearly enough to act differently next time.

What happens if we continue?

Weekly or biweekly 60-minute sessions. We review what happened, identify the next obstacle, and leave each session with one practical move to test.

How much does it cost?

The first conversation is free. If you continue, the first paid session is £100 for 60 minutes. Standard sessions are £150. No packages required. One session at a time.
