I was not born calm.
My work is practical because I learned this from real stress, not theory alone.
I grew up without parents. I boxed in Ukraine during the war. I know what stress can do to the mind, the body, and the way a person behaves.
For years, I could see afterwards what would have been better, but still lose access to that clarity in the moment.
So I studied the gap between knowing and doing: why insight is not always enough, why stress changes behaviour, and what helps people respond differently when it matters.
That study started with me. Now it shapes how I work with others: one real situation at a time, with a focus on what needs to change next.
You do not need to become a different person to handle stress differently.
The work is not about pretending stress is easy or forcing yourself into a calmer personality. It is about understanding the moment clearly enough to respond in a way that works.
That changed how I handle my own life and work. I run a demanding business without losing myself in it. I stay present in conversations that used to pull me off course. I catch the impulse before it takes the day.
I bring that same approach to coaching: find the moment, understand the pattern, and build a response that holds up when stress is real.
